It is our obligation to warn you about illegal agents still operating on Croatian real estate (and rental !) market, as well as possible unprofessional agencies which will try to put pressure on you to buy property without checking the situation. Here are several hints how to recognize such illegal or unprofessional agents or agencies: - ask them to give you agent/agency licence registration number which you can check at Croatian Chamber of Commerce (or we can check it for you), ask them their company registration number OIB, ask them the address of their office and check if it exhist or not, ask them to show you insurance policy against business risk, check around what is average commission percent and compare it with what you were told by that agency/agent; check what internet says about them; find testimonials of their clients if such exhist; if they are not providing true information, or hide information or are missleading, you probably deal with illegal or not registered agent/agency; some of agencies advertise lower prices than provided from owners, those prices are false and are formed as trap to attract buyers; some agencies advertise properties for sale without having direct contact with owner nor contract with owner for mediation in sale of his property, or providing false pictures of advertised properties, or advertising properties which are not for sale aiming to attract buyer this way;  if agent/agency put pressure on you to decide quickly about buying property, beware of possible fraud or criminal act. We strongly recommend you to hire experienced lawyer/solicitor who will check the agent/agency. We are also working with our lawyer to be sure that all information and documents which we prepare about property for our clients/buyers are clean and registered in court.

TURIST RENTAL

 We can provide additional income to you  by renting your holiday house or apartment through our travel agency specialised in rentals of villas, houses by the sea and apartmnets. We have contract with 20 main world portals and touroperators in the rental market.  Occupancy can be up to 18 - 24 weeks. We shall advise you about expected rental income, calculated upon the property facilities and location. If you plan to buy for rent, we strongly recommand you to advise with us prior to your decision of what and where to buy.

We'll make all neccessary work to prepare your property for rental. 

Prior to start of the tourist season, perform appliance checks to ensure all are in good working order.

  • We are arranging repairs/replacements where is necessery.
  • We can make pre – season spring clean and  pool/garden/communal areas tidy – up.

For rental of property
Meeting & greeting service for your guest - check in-check out

  • Registration of guests with tourists authorities. Collection of tourist tax at beginning of stay.
  • Collect deposit from guests, return on check out.
  • On departure inspect your property,check the inventory for losses and damages.
  • cleaning of the accommodation after guest departure and before new group arrive,  washing linen and towells, once a week, ironing, preparing property for new guests
  • Price for this service is about 10-15% of the week booking, but is defined according to every specific situation, and is depending on the size of property, number of rooms, other facilities which needs to be maintained (pool, garden).
  • All of these services can be provided separately.
  • Excursions and adventure sports arranged for your guests - prices and organization upon request
  • Property Transfers  by boat, yacht, taxi, limo or mini bus - price depend on destination



TURIST GUEST CLEANING SERVICE 

Our  cleaning services include various types of cleaning:

GROCERY SUPPLY AND FURNITURE SUPPLY

Rates per day - for buying supplies of food and delivery to the property - 50EUR (3 hours max work time for this service, gasoline or transport cost not included),

- for preparing offers to buy furniture (going to the locations of shops, showing around, preparing
offers, taking care of delivery to the property) 100EUR per day (7 hours work max, gasoline or transport cost not included)
