Mostly we deal with the activites that your lawyer doesn’t take  care of, for example, chasing Ministry for approvals or to find out your status regarding your paperwork, chasing general paperwork for land registry filing . We work with many lawyers and can provide a very fast service on your paperwork

We deal with  applications for Usage permits and re-instating properties where necessary and  if possible to allow compliance for Rental.

Checking your Tax status and applying for Oibs ( all citizens companies and foreigners with buisness in Croatia are obliged to have an OIB )

We send you the relevant paperwork and we do the rest.

If your lawyer is slow with supplying your the information you need, we are on the ground and we can keep your name at the top of the pile

All work related to land registry including title searches.

We arrange letting licences , usage (compliance certs) permits, paperwork checks referrals to relevant bodies where necessary.

We can research, in cases where a property is showing problems, or unresolved issues. We do the legwork  and report it  back to you, we  will also work with your lawyer to assist and resolve issues that may be taking longer than you expect and liaise with all the relevant parties

A quote for all gardening isssues will be obtained from basic gardening to the more complicated and high brow landscaping.

For the usual tidying jobs, watering, weeding etc  we are happy to supply a local gardener on a daily or weekly basis,  for your garden terrace or patio.

Common gardening will be charged on the size of the area and number of visits to be determined.

Our Standard maintenance package includes watering of plants , weeding and tidying of common areas.
