It is our obligation to warn you about illegal agents still operating on Croatian real estate (and rental !) market, as well as possible unprofessional agencies which will try to put pressure on you to buy property without checking the situation. Here are several hints how to recognize such illegal or unprofessional agents or agencies: - ask them to give you agent/agency licence registration number which you can check at Croatian Chamber of Commerce (or we can check it for you), ask them their company registration number OIB, ask them the address of their office and check if it exhist or not, ask them to show you insurance policy against business risk, check around what is average commission percent and compare it with what you were told by that agency/agent; check what internet says about them; find testimonials of their clients if such exhist; if they are not providing true information, or hide information or are missleading, you probably deal with illegal or not registered agent/agency; some of agencies advertise lower prices than provided from owners, those prices are false and are formed as trap to attract buyers; some agencies advertise properties for sale without having direct contact with owner nor contract with owner for mediation in sale of his property, or providing false pictures of advertised properties, or advertising properties which are not for sale aiming to attract buyer this way; if agent/agency put pressure on you to decide quickly about buying property, beware of possible fraud or criminal act. We strongly recommend you to hire experienced lawyer/solicitor who will check the agent/agency. We are also working with our lawyer to be sure that all information and documents which we prepare about property for our clients/buyers are clean and registered in court.

Villa consists of renovated old buildings taking a space of 2500 m², including accommodation facilities, swimming pool, big garden, woods with an old lookout and traditional wine cellar. The accommodation facility itself, consists of 2 two floors units, 160 m² housing surface, with 9 -11 guests capacity, air conditioning.
First Floor those 106 m² space comprises a fully fitted kitchen, living room with fire place, two large bedrooms with bathroom [possibility of separate beds], one small additional room, utility room and washing machine. Beautiful different levels terraces, with pergolas surround the villa from behind and in the front.
Second Floor Exterior stone stairs connect the second and the first floor, with terrace and pergola on the top. The 54 m² large second floor comprises a nice living room and a kitchenette, twin bedroom, double bedroom, shower-bathroom and a toilet [separately]. The sofa-bed in the living room can be transformed in a pleasant and comfortable bed, for additional two persons.
Ground Floor Covered parking place for one car is situated in the ground floor, while in the front of the villa there are additionally four parking spaces.
Patio area The wide patio area consists of several terraces on various lavels and well cultivated olive tree garden.
A big oak dominates the well maintained park & woods area just behind the villa, surrounded by a dense Mediterranean pine and cypress forest.
Swimming Pool Beside the villa you can enjoy a big size swimming pool (8,50 x 4,0 m), nice sun-bathing terrace; privacy, rest and peace areas; as well as sanitary facilities. There is also a lovely terrace dining area with barbecue.
Wine Cellar in the same time marks the oldest part of the villa, dating to the 16th century. It invites to taste homemade red and white wines (extra cost). By prior arrangement with the host you also can enjoy and taste cuisine specialities of the Konavle region, but also buy top quality home-brewed wines, liqueurs, olive oil and sweets.
