Here are several hints how to recognize such illegal or unprofessional agents or agencies: - ask them to give you agent/agency licence registration number which you can check at Croatian Chamber of Commerce (or we can check it for you), ask them their company registration number OIB, ask them the address of their office and check if it exhist or not, ask them to show you insurance policy against business risk, check around what is average commission percent and compare it with what you were told by that agency/agent; check what internet says about them; find testimonials of their clients if such exhist; if they are not providing true information, or hide information or are missleading, you probably deal with illegal or not registered agent/agency; some of agencies advertise lower prices than provided from owners, those prices are false and are formed as trap to attract buyers; some agencies advertise properties for sale without having direct contact with owner nor contract with owner for mediation in sale of his property, or providing false pictures of advertised properties, or advertising properties which are not for sale aiming to attract buyer this way; if agent/agency put pressure on you to decide quickly about buying property, beware of possible fraud or criminal act. We strongly recommend you to hire experienced lawyer/solicitor who will check the agent/agency. Villa description:
Experienced tourists now have a really unique chance to spend a VIP vacation in Croatia renting a luxurious villa on the first coast line of the Adriatic sea.
The new opulent villa is located in a cozy bay with a berth for yachts, 5 meters from the sea, in close vicinity to a golden sand beach. This place will particularly appeal to those who value a combination of space and comfort.
The villa is designed for a number of people, it has sleeping places for 8 persons.
An elegant and opulent setting will not leave indifferent the most demanding guests. It is also pleasant and comfortable to spend the vacation here in winter time. The most complete infrastructure and all the necessary options, such as floors heating and complete climate control in the rooms, will save you from any possible inconveniences. The clients may also at any time enjoy a personal Russian bath-house with brooms, beer and local crawfish served by well-schooled personnel.
A cozy and spacious house has 2 storeys. The building consists only of natural materials, with a hand-made finishing from marble and noble wood.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, one of them with a sea view, a large double bed, a bathroom and WC, the second bedroom also has home entertainment systems.
The third bedroom is for children and has three sleeping places. Besides, the first floor has a spacious toilet room with a Jacuzzi and a sauna for 4 persons.
A beauteous wooden staircase made by Croatian masters according to an exclusive design leads to the second floor with a large drawing-room with modern home entertainment systems. The room set with Italian leather furniture speaks of a high-class level of the drawing-room. You can also find here an Italian-style kitchen with a mini-bar and a large marble-finished patio with a sea view.
This variety of pleasant and functional features convinces you of what the elite vacation in Croatia can offer on a level which is as good as French Cote d'-Azur, for instance. Still, the opulent villa on the Adriatic coast has much more to offer. The guests can enjoy here satellite television which broadcasts Russian channels, Internet connection, high quality stereo systems and even such pleasant simplicities as a rich collection of Russian DVD films. Besides, it is noteworthy, that the rent price includes servicing, change of linen and towels and regular rooms cleaning.

Besides, the villa is equipped with a complete set for children’s entertainment and rest. On top of one of the palms there live cute furry lemurs which are called “puhi” (“dormice”) in Croatia. Very close to the villa there is a grand sand beach where you can sunbathe under genial sunshine.
There are a number of attractive stores within minutes of walking distance for those who like shopping. The center of Čiovo island has plenty of cozy bars and restaurants abundant in rich menu and a large choice of natural wines.
