Here are several hints how to recognize such illegal or unprofessional agents or agencies: - ask them to give you agent/agency licence registration number which you can check at Croatian Chamber of Commerce (or we can check it for you), ask them their company registration number OIB, ask them the address of their office and check if it exhist or not, ask them to show you insurance policy against business risk, check around what is average commission percent and compare it with what you were told by that agency/agent; check what internet says about them; find testimonials of their clients if such exhist; if they are not providing true information, or hide information or are missleading, you probably deal with illegal or not registered agent/agency; some of agencies advertise lower prices than provided from owners, those prices are false and are formed as trap to attract buyers; some agencies advertise properties for sale without having direct contact with owner nor contract with owner for mediation in sale of his property, or providing false pictures of advertised properties, or advertising properties which are not for sale aiming to attract buyer this way; if agent/agency put pressure on you to decide quickly about buying property, beware of possible fraud or criminal act. We strongly recommend you to hire experienced lawyer/solicitor who will check the agent/agency. Villa Is located on a beautiful beach in a small littoral place on the Makarska Riviera.
Villa is a luxurious holiday house, intended in the first place for total relaxing and enjoying of its users. Besides all modern comforts, in five bedrooms and six bathrooms, users have the opportunity to enjoy in the spectacular view dominated by the sea on one side leaving an impression as if you were in it, while on the other side steep cliffs of the Biokovo mountain make this location spectacular to all senses.
Each part of the villa is designed for your pleasure; it is entirely air-conditioned, each room has a balcony with a view of the sea. Entire ground floor is designed only for relaxation.... a swimming pool hidden from view, deck chairs and furniture, every evening coloured and completed into a perfect picture by a purple sunset.
When constructing the villa a lot of attention has been paid on every detail, on the external part each stone was separately chosen and designed, two terraces paved with exotic wood, in the inside all bathrooms and the entire ground floor are furnished with floor heating and upstairs on the floors there is parquet of the highest quality, which makes your footwear absolutely unnecessary during your vacation.
Villa is designed and constructed as a holiday house. The fact that is stamped into your memory upon the first visit is the sea murmur which sees you off to sleep and a view of the beauty of the nature because of which you will always return gladly for new memories.
Villa is a luxurious structure consisting of five bedrooms and six bathrooms providing all modern comforts for ten people.
The ground floor is created for relaxation. This large space is dominated by a sofa and a large 55 LCD television set. In addition, on the ground floor there is a bedroom and two bathrooms, one of which has its entrance from the bedroom.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own balcony with a view of the sea. The first floor is dominated by a south orientated living room with a 40LCD television set and a kitchen with a dining room. In the middle of the living room there is a fire place providing warmth to the room and making it ideal for a stay of people who are looking for peace and warmth even during cold winter days.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony with a view of the sea. The second floor is dominated by a south orientated living room with a 40LCD television set and a large kitchen with a dining room for six people. In the middle of the living room there is a fire place providing warmth to the room and making it ideal for a stay of people who are looking for peace and warmth even during cold winter days.
On the house roof there is a sunbathing area paved with exotic wood and completely hidden from view.
All rooms are completely air-conditioned and equipped with LCD television sets.
Owners offer you a 12 metre motor boat rental.

As a special offer with renting the Villa we offer you the possibility to climb the Biokovo mountain. The climb isn't demanding and with a gentle pace it lasts for an hour and 15 minutes.
The path leads through an old village, offering you a beautiful view of old stone houses taking you back to a beauty of some past times.
At the end of the climb, the Biokovo peaks give you an unforgettable view of the whole local waters.
Besides, we offer the possibility to go rafting on the Cetina river, whose beauty leaves everyone breathless.
Highly recommended to all age groups. The drive to the Cetina river lasts for 45 minutes, rafting down the river for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
