It is our obligation to warn you about illegal agents still operating on Croatian real estate (and rental !) market, as well as possible unprofessional agencies which will try to put pressure on you to buy property without checking the situation. Here are several hints how to recognize such illegal or unprofessional agents or agencies: - ask them to give you agent/agency licence registration number which you can check at Croatian Chamber of Commerce (or we can check it for you), ask them their company registration number OIB, ask them the address of their office and check if it exhist or not, ask them to show you insurance policy against business risk, check around what is average commission percent and compare it with what you were told by that agency/agent; check what internet says about them; find testimonials of their clients if such exhist; if they are not providing true information, or hide information or are missleading, you probably deal with illegal or not registered agent/agency; some of agencies advertise lower prices than provided from owners, those prices are false and are formed as trap to attract buyers; some agencies advertise properties for sale without having direct contact with owner nor contract with owner for mediation in sale of his property, or providing false pictures of advertised properties, or advertising properties which are not for sale aiming to attract buyer this way;  if agent/agency put pressure on you to decide quickly about buying property, beware of possible fraud or criminal act. We strongly recommend you to hire experienced lawyer/solicitor who will check the agent/agency. We are also working with our lawyer to be sure that all information and documents which we prepare about property for our clients/buyers are clean and registered in court.

Villa is a fam­ily ran apart­ment house located at about 300m from the city cen­ter.  Villa con­sists of sev­eral well equipped and recently ren­o­vated apart­ments of dif­fer­ent sizes. Start­ing with 2 bed apart­mentsfor cou­ples, 3 bed apart­ments for cou­ples with a child or two (our guest’s favorite), than 5 bed apart­ments and most recently opened 6–8 apart­ment for big­ger fam­i­lies or group of friend and finally  the biggest 8–12 apart­ments that occu­pies whole floor. Our villa  suits all our guest’s needs.
All apart­ments are air con­di­tioned, SAT/TV equipped and have free access to wire­less inter­net. There is also an inter­net room with no charges either. All our guests dis­pose of a park­ing place and there is a pos­si­bil­ity to use the bar­be­cue on the back­yard of the house.
For the laun­dry we pro­vide access to laun­dry machines to all our guests as well as iron­ing equip­ment for no charges. For the fam­i­lies with babies and small chil­dren we can also pro­vide a baby cot.

Apartment for 2

Apart­ment for 2 is an ideal choice for cou­ples and pro­vides  all that’s needed for pleas­ant and peace­ful hol­i­day. Apart­ment has cen­tral heat­ing for cooler peri­ods and air con­di­tion­ing for sum­mer time. Kitchen is well equipped and every apart­ment has it’s own access to the bal­cony. SAT/TV and inter­net access from the room is avail­able with no charge. All apart­ments are recently ren­o­vated.

There­fore this accom­mo­da­tion is the most suit­able for cou­ples with one or two small chil­dren, all shar­ing one big space. A kitch­enette is inside the apart­ment and has direct exit to the bal­cony. There is also a bath­room with a shower.
This apart­ment is also suit­able for rent dur­ing the win­ter time since it’s equipped with cen­tral heat­ing sys­tem.

Apartment for 6 to 8

Apart­ment for 6 to 8 per­sons is located on the sec­ond floor and has a beau­ti­ful view toward the sea and the city of Makarska. Apart­ment is com­posed of 3 rooms where 2 of them are with 3 beds (1 twin bed + 1 sofa bed) and one room is with a twin bed only. Two bath­rooms are avail­able: one with shower and sec­ond one with bath­tub.  All rooms are air con­di­tioned  and linked to  free WiFi inter­net. There is one kitchen fully equipped, one bal­cony and  a large ter­race that can be accessed from one room and a liv­ing room.  Size of the apart­ment is 110 m².  Apart­ment for six to eight is ren­o­vated this year and opened it’s doors at mid-july. First guest’s were extremely sat­is­fied with every­thing this apart­ment can pro­vide for fam­i­lies or groups from six to eight peo­ple. Beside a nice sea view every­one can also profit from the large ter­race very suit­able for sum­mer evenings.

Our large apart­ment with a size of 120 m² has four bed­rooms and one large kitchen with din­ing room shared between all units. Every room is air con­di­tioned and has it’s own SAT/TV, free WiFi inter­net con­nec­tion and there is one refrig­er­a­tor per room. Three of four rooms even have their own kitch­enette. This big apart­ment  is ideal for a group of  four cou­ples spend­ing hol­i­days together and still pre­serv­ing a pri­vacy in their sep­a­rate units. Apart­ment is also shown to be very suit­able for  fam­i­lies or groups of friends with up to twelve peo­ple.
