It is our obligation to warn you about illegal agents still operating on Croatian real estate (and rental !) market, as well as possible unprofessional agencies which will try to put pressure on you to buy property without checking the situation. Here are several hints how to recognize such illegal or unprofessional agents or agencies: - ask them to give you agent/agency licence registration number which you can check at Croatian Chamber of Commerce (or we can check it for you), ask them their company registration number OIB, ask them the address of their office and check if it exhist or not, ask them to show you insurance policy against business risk, check around what is average commission percent and compare it with what you were told by that agency/agent; check what internet says about them; find testimonials of their clients if such exhist; if they are not providing true information, or hide information or are missleading, you probably deal with illegal or not registered agent/agency; some of agencies advertise lower prices than provided from owners, those prices are false and are formed as trap to attract buyers; some agencies advertise properties for sale without having direct contact with owner nor contract with owner for mediation in sale of his property, or providing false pictures of advertised properties, or advertising properties which are not for sale aiming to attract buyer this way; if agent/agency put pressure on you to decide quickly about buying property, beware of possible fraud or criminal act. We strongly recommend you to hire experienced lawyer/solicitor who will check the agent/agency. We are also working with our lawyer to be sure that all information and documents which we prepare about property for our clients/buyers are clean and registered in court.

If you do not visit us during summer, but in early spring or autumn, you'll experience a real getaway from the city noise and rush. Nice weather is ideal for long walks, excursions and sports, while in the evening, there is nothing more romantic than relaxing in front of the fireplace.
Inside the villa
Villa stretches on 330 m2 of exquisitely decorated interior. There are 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, extra toilet with a laundry, spacious living room, dining room and kitchen and an additional small kitchen with living room. Small kitchen and living room, together with one of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, are in separate part of the villa with a separate entrance, but connected with the bigger part with porches and terraces. Both kitchens are fully equipped, as well as the living rooms with LCD TVs and fireplaces.
Furniture was specially designed for this villa and made out of quality oak wood with ecological oil finish, without harmful industrial polishes.
25 m2 large master bedroom is on the first floor and it is the biggest bedroom in the villa. Next to the room is a big bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. Master bedroom has direct exit to a huge first floor terrace with fantastic view of the cove, sea and Split in the distance.
Outside the villa
Villa is surrounded by 250 m2 of terraces. The largeporch overlooking the sea, made on Brač stone columns, brings pleasant shade over the outside dining table. On the sea side is also the infinity swimming pool and the sun deck with a number of wooden deck-chairs.Besides this, there are 4 smaller terraces adjoining the rooms.
On the first floor is a big roof terrace of about 80 m2 which has the best views and is ideal place for relaxing aroma massage performed by our experienced therapists with a natural music of waves.
The villa is also surrounded by few gardens: an orchard, old olive trees, lawns, roses, palm trees and stone gardens.
The path leading to the beach in front of the villa, passes between a small vineyard and a vegetables garden featuring organic fruits, vegetables and a variety of Mediterranean herbs and spices where guests can help themselves.
