It is our obligation to warn you about illegal agents still operating on Croatian real estate (and rental !) market, as well as possible unprofessional agencies which will try to put pressure on you to buy property without checking the situation. Here are several hints how to recognize such illegal or unprofessional agents or agencies: - ask them to give you agent/agency licence registration number which you can check at Croatian Chamber of Commerce (or we can check it for you), ask them their company registration number OIB, ask them the address of their office and check if it exhist or not, ask them to show you insurance policy against business risk, check around what is average commission percent and compare it with what you were told by that agency/agent; check what internet says about them; find testimonials of their clients if such exhist; if they are not providing true information, or hide information or are missleading, you probably deal with illegal or not registered agent/agency; some of agencies advertise lower prices than provided from owners, those prices are false and are formed as trap to attract buyers; some agencies advertise properties for sale without having direct contact with owner nor contract with owner for mediation in sale of his property, or providing false pictures of advertised properties, or advertising properties which are not for sale aiming to attract buyer this way; if agent/agency put pressure on you to decide quickly about buying property, beware of possible fraud or criminal act. We strongly recommend you to hire experienced lawyer/solicitor who will check the agent/agency. We are also working with our lawyer to be sure that all information and documents which we prepare about property for our clients/buyers are clean and registered in court.

Villa is a modern facility placed on 14000 m2 of land, situated in the romantic bay, just 10 meters from the sea and beautiful pebble beach. Villa is on the isolated place in the intimacy of untouched nature.

Villa is a luxury, modern designed and, having most of her surfaces in glass windows, gives you a beautiful connection with the fabulous nature surrounds.
Wonderful location of Villa, because of its beauty, we could easily put in the same group with nearby islands which are proclaimed national parks and parks of nature. From almost every room in the house you have spectacular view over the secluded bay and many surrounding islands.

Villa can accommodate 8-10 persons in the area of cca 580m which consists of 4 spacious bedrooms (each with its own bathrooms equipped with Jacuzzi bathtubs) and two living rooms. Three bedrooms and main living room with dining area are on the first floor, while one bedroom with its own living room and direct access to swimming pool is on the ground floor. All spaces are modern designed and hi tec equipped. We should also mention that main living-dining area is an open, glass-ceiling space equipped with dining table for 12 persons where, while dining, you are enriched with a breathtaking view over the bay.

In front of the Villa is a 550m2 terrace with a heated swimming pool of 100m2. Space around swimming pool is beautifully decorated with garden furniture, sunbeds and parasols, which will make your vacation even more comfortable. In the area above the swimming pool we placed an arbour with another dinning table where you will have a pleasure of dinning under the stars, and which is one of the most romantic spots of the Villa.

Villa has an air-condition system and floor heating system, Internet access, TV/SAT, DVD in all rooms. You can also moor a 37m boat in front of the Villa.

To see that your vacation goes out perfectly, beside the wonderful nature and exquisite accommodation you need a top class staff. Our longtime experience taught us that staff is the main part of the perfect service, persons that welcome you every day with a smile, take care of you fulfilling all your wishes and being at your service for the whole time.
Our staff is carefully selected group of professionals consisting of chef and stewardess and handyman.

Taking into consideration your high gastronomic standards, we selected a top class Chef whose virtuosity and creativity you will appreciate in every meal. We take a special care about fresh groceries, fresh fish, meat, vegetables grown on the island, all that combined with incredible knowledge of our Chef and you have your own, five star a la carte restaurant!
Stewardess is a person who welcomes you, takes care of your perfect service and spotlessness of your accommodation.
Handyman takes care of the garden, swimming pool and all the devices in the house.

Vila have 4 double bedrooms for the guests and separate staff block with two bedrooms. All rooms have bathrooms with jacuzzi and shower. Three guests rooms have sea view and one room have view on beautiful garden. Main living room is on the first floor and additional living room is on the ground floor. Saloon is on the first floor under glass roof with the beautiful sea view.

Kitchen is situated in staff block. Garage can take two cars. Terrace in front of the villa have 550 m2. Swimming pool is 100 m2 with heating and it is 2.6 m deep on the area for the jumping to the swimming pool.
